Sadie O’Reilly is the Project Coordinator and founder of Hurt, and has been managing Hurt since forming the organisation. Sadie is a qualified NADA Auricular Acupuncture Trainer, She holds a Diploma in Drug & Alcohol Studies, Certificate in Alcohol Studies, Degree in Addiction Counselling, Certificate in Projective Techniques, Certificate in Hidden Harm, Certificate in CBT, Certificate in Motivational Interviewing, ASIST & Suicide Prevention Training.

Deputy Manager / Finance Officer

Pauline is a business management graduate who oversees all the finance and administrative functions of HURT including responsibility for the management of accounts, funding allocation and financial reporting. She is currently studying the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Diploma.Pauline also holds City & Guilds in Drug & Alcohol Awareness, ASIST & a Diploma in NLP and holds her Certificate in First Aid at work & trained in Automated External Defibrillation (AED) .

Tina is our Front Office Receptionist. She is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to our premises. Tina has successfully completed training in City and Guilds Level 2 in Responding to Substance Misuse and ASIST Safetalk Suicide prevention training.Tina has extensive experience working in office administration including NVQ Levels II & III in Word & Text Processing, NVQ Level II Support Users of IT and has a Level 2 Diploma as an IT Professional. Tina also holds her Certificate in First Aid at work & trained in Automated External Defibrillation (AED) .

Receptionist/ Social Media Manager

Alannah is our Receptionist and, as such, is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to our premises. Alannah has successfully completed Safetalk Suicide prevention training.Alannah holds a BSc degree from The University of Manchester and has extensive experience working in a variety of client facing roles, in addition to graphic design and office administration. She has also completed training in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.

Caroline is a qualified Complementary Therapist with 16 years experience. She is also qualified in Auricular Acupuncture and is a graduate in Therapeutic Counselling. Caroline is also qualified in NLP, Foundation Degree in Counselling and ASIST.
